About

Two runners, one kitchen table

Fast Running started in 2024 as a shared notebook between a running coach and a sports dietitian who were tired of answering the same questions in group chats.

How we write

Every article starts with the question a real runner asked us. We read the research, check it against what we see with athletes, and write it down in plain language. When the evidence is thin, we say so.

We do not sell supplements, and articles are not sponsored. If we mention a product type, it is because we use it ourselves.
